Travel

Getting there

Denver International Airport - Estes Park

We recommend flying into Denver International Airport as it is the closest airport to Denver (30 min) and Estes Park (1.5 - 2hrs). From the Denver metro area, traveling to Estes Park is a scenic and straightforward journey that winds through the foothills of the Rocky Mountains with beautiful views along the way. A light rail gets you to downtown Denver but we recommend a rental car to get to Estes Park. Rental car services available at DIA or downtown Denver (Avis, Hertz, Budget, etc.)

Transportation

Getting Around

While In Estes Park

Getting around Estes Park is easiest by car, especially if you’re staying at a nearby lodge or rental. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available but can be limited particularly in the evenings. For the wedding, parking will be available on-site. If you’re not driving, local shuttle and taxi services are an option, though availability can vary.

Questions?

Here are answers to a few questions we've been asked. If you need any help, feel free to reach out!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 5th, 2026. This gives us enough time to confirm final numbers with our caterers and create the seating plan.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We've indicated on your invitation whether you have a guest included. If you're unsure or your situation has changed, please reach out and we'll sort it out.

Are children invited?

We absolutely adore your little ones, but we've planned an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives parents a well-deserved night off! If childcare is an issue, please check our details page to help you arrange something locally.

What if it rains?

The ceremony takes place on a riverside lawn. In the event of rain, the party goes on indoors in the great hall.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! There's free parking on-site at The Landing. However, we do recommend carpooling to ensure there are enough parking spaces for all guests.

How do I prepare for high altitude?

Estes Park is at 7600' in elevation, so please drink lot's of water, take it easy when you arrive, and know that alcohol may affect you more than usual.
